Return & Refund policy

1. Cancellation & Order Changes

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something does not look or feel right, please contact us at cs@nysekai.com and we will assist you.

Orders can be cancelled or changed free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, free cancellations or changes are no longer available. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

0–24 hours Free cancellation or order changes
24–36 hours Cancellation: $10 USD per item (product & discard fee)
Size / variant change: $5 USD per item (not available for some products)
Shipping address change: Free (not available for some products)
>36 hours Cancellation: Not accepted
Size / variant change: $5 USD per item (only before shipment)
Shipping address change: Free (only before shipment and for select products)

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

At this time, we do not accept returns. We only offer replacements or refunds in eligible cases.

A full refund or replacement is only available if the item received has a major issue, including:

  • The item is significantly different from the product description or preview
  • The item is damaged due to a production or carrier error
  • The item received is incorrect

In other cases not listed above, only partial refunds may be issued (shipping fees are not refundable). We do not accept refunds or replacements for customer-related errors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selection
  • Failure to review the product preview before checkout

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions or screen displays. These variations are not considered defects.

How to Submit a Claim

To request a replacement or refund, please email cs@nysekai.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
    • Printing errors: close-up photos of the issue
    • Size or placement issues: Full view photos of product with a measuring tool visible
    • Missing items: photo of the package with the shipping label visible
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact phone number

Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued for the eligible item.
